MMA Fitness Bootcamp is a circuit of exercises. It is a full body workout that can help burn fat, tone muscle, improve cardio endurance and is alot of fun. Based on exercises that will make you a better martial artist, MMA Fitness Bootcamp can be adjusted for all ages and fitness levels from beginner to professional.
The instructor is Ozzie Eliashiv, a certified Cardio Kickbox instructor. Ozzie has a B.Sc in Nutritional Sciences. He is also a YMYWHA, ISSA, and NAFA certified trainer and sports performance nutritionist. Ozzie has many years of experience in the martial arts and related sports such boxing and kickboxing.
